However, if you are not satisfied with your order, our Refund and Return Policy ensures a smooth and transparent process.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

  1. Plants & Planters

    • Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns are accepted only if the plant is delivered in damaged or unhealthy condition.

    • Customers must share an unboxing video or clear photos within 24 hours of delivery to claim a return or replacement.

  2. Non-Perishable Products (Planters, Accessories, Tools, etc.)

    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

🚚 Return Process

  1. Contact us at [email protected]  within the return window.

  2. Share your order ID, issue details, and photos/videos of the product.

  3. Our team will review and confirm the return/exchange request.

  4. Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you on how to return the product.

💰 Refund Policy

  • For Plants: If the plant is damaged/unhealthy on arrival, a replacement or store credit will be provided.

  • For Other Products: Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are credited to the original mode of payment or as Mera Baghicha store credit, based on customer preference.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized orders

  • Plants that are healthy but returned due to a change of mind

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Mera Baghicha is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural factors affecting plant health during transit.

  • Customers are advised to check product details, size, and care instructions before placing an order.
